Santa Monica jumpstarts standard kettlebell training by integrating barbells, dumbbells and Ropes Gone Wild to give you one of the most balanced, programmed and diverse workouts available in the industry today. Each round of allows you to follow along with either Anthony or two of his trainers as each one trains with a kettlebell, barbell, or dumbbell. Santa Monica incorporates many of the lost and forgotten lifts and routines that made men and women of old stronger and more resilient than any of their modern contemporaries. Lifts like the Barbell Windmill, Open Palm Kettlebell Press and the One-Handed Barbell Press are just a few of the vintage exercises we've programmed into Santa Monica.
