Excellent Work Out DVD

Fire Power is a tough work out for the serious minded athlete or first responder. It has a few "new moves" as Anthony always provides in each of his videos however the nuts and bolts of this program is the sequence of the movements. He as some basic moves that are Tough when placed back to back, however they are all carefully placed..its never more than you can do but just enough to make you see double. He has an awesome variation on the Figure 8 to hold as well as the Super Plank.
Enough is not said of his great Joint Mobility warm up he provides that is simple for everyone to do without crazy Yoga poses you see in other videos. As a Coach I can tell you that his easy method of warming up is fast, effective and different. Overall you should buy this for your High Intensity days or training for Police Fire Games.
